Reisya Rizki Riantiningtyas

Postdoctoral Researcher

About

Reisya Rizki Riantiningtyas is a postdoctoral researcher in sensory nutrition at the Lyfe Institute Research Center in Lyon. She holds a joint PhD in public health from Claude Bernard University Lyon 1 (France) and in sensory and consumer sciences from the University of Copenhagen (Denmark). Her doctoral research focused on (somato)sensory perception in cancer patients and its impact on the eating experience.

Her current research explores how clinical characteristics, oral symptoms, and sensory perception influence the quality of life of people living with and after cancer. She is also involved in other projects related to cancer and sensory perception. In parallel, she is working on the development of standardized somatosensory assessment methods and their link to food texture perception, within the framework of a pan‑European collaboration.
