Guide promoting 12 species from sustainable aquaculture in Mediterranean countries

Produced for and with the FAO, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations , this cookbook, Farmed Aquatic Food for All Tastes , offers an immersive experience in aquaculture in the Mediterranean and Black Seas, highlighting its strengths and debunking common misconceptions. It presents twelve emblematic species through their culinary traditions and recipes. Each chapter pairs the story of an innovative producer with a recipe created by a young chef from the Lyfe Institute.

From aquaculture to its presentation by chefs, each step is carried out with respect for food that is: tasty, healthy and sustainable for all tastes.
