A program dedicated to the nutrition of seniors over 55 years old!
The Innovation Hub of the Lyfe Institute, the Institute for Positive Food, and Vivons en Forme (VIF®) have combined their methodological, impact measurement, and culinary expertise to create the ALISA program, whose objectives are:
- To initiate an awareness campaign promoting enjoyable and healthy eating, aimed at people over 55.
- Taking into account the daily challenges faced by seniors: accessibility, budget, skills, desires, health risks, family obligations.
- To co‑create with and for cities a turnkey solution to be deployed to their inhabitants.
- Develop an evaluation protocol to identify the levers conducive to acquiring new knowledge and developing new culinary skills through participatory workshops.
