The RESEARCH & INNOVATION Committee brings together a variety of players - agri‑food industries, distributors, equipment manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, restaurateurs - both French and international, driven by the same passion and the same objective: to advance innovation in the food and hospitality industries.

Through exclusive meetings organized with members, the Committee aims to promote the exchange of expertise between professionals from all backgrounds, strengthen networking, access knowledge from the scientific, educational and professional ecosystem of the Lyfe Institute and stimulate co‑innovation.

The Research & Innovation Committee meets several times a year and focuses on:

  • 3 Innovation webinars: monitoring, scientific results, emerging themes
  • 10 international webinars: culinary experts, hospitality and catering professionals, from the 23 partner schools of the ALLIANCE network https://www.institutlyfe.com/international/reseau-alliance/
  • A full day of networking and immersion at the Lyfe Institute: exchanges of professional expertise, a multicultural buffet prepared by students from the international ALLIANCE network for inspiration, sharing of experiences related to your products, solutions, or methodologies, and a culinary workshop focused on the food of tomorrow.

As a member of the Research and Innovation Committee, you will be fully integrated into the Lyfe Institute ecosystem and benefit from:
