About
Maxime MICHAUD, PhD in anthropology (Université Lumières Lyon II, 2011) is head of the social science research group at the Research and Innovation Centre of the Lyfe Institute and co‑head of the TrALIM (Food Transitions) partnership chair .
His work focuses on the social and cultural dynamics of food transitions. He is particularly interested in the acceptability of new products or practices, social relations around meals (commensality), and the role of restaurants in promoting healthy and sustainable food.
